We’re hiring a customer service representative to support clients by phone and email. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, provide product support, and create positive experiences for every customer.

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: $55,000 to $58,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8:30am- 5:00pm)
What You'll Do:
- Processing orders and releases through the Encore ERP system
- Proofreading Factory Tickets for first time orders
- Communicates with customers on a regular basis to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Purchasing corrugated supplies through the Encore ERP system when required
- Purchasing complete farmout items as required
- Liaise with Scheduling and Shipping to meet the customer requirements
- Follow up with complete farmout vendors to ensure on time delivery
- Liaise with the Sales Department regarding customer needs, faxing, photocopying and problem solving
- Supporting the Sales Department with accurate, timely responses
- Assess, establish and monitor Inventory for economic order quantity
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with MRP/EDI’s in a timely manner
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing Kaizen’s and utilize the techniques
- Answering telephones
- Other related duties as assigned
- Training others when required
