Staff Plus is currently hiring General Labourers / Core Sorters for a manufacturing environment. This position involves sorting, packaging, organizing, dismantling, and handling automotive parts.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a dirty and dusty environment and must be able to lift up to 55 lbs independently.

Location: Ingersoll, ON

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)

What You'll Do:

• Package, count, and sort automotive parts
• Sort different FMSI numbers onto pallets
• Dismantle used brake components
• Organize and sort parts into bins for reuse and refurbishment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Assist with setup and cleanup of work areas
• Trim and grind brake components
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Lift and arrange materials weighing up to 55 lbs
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of previous manufacturing experience required
• Must be comfortable working in a dirty and dusty environment
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs independently
• Must be comfortable using basic tools and equipment
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full-time hours as required by the position
