We’re hiring Order Processing and Billing Representatives to be in the driving force that keeps operations running smoothly, making sure customers receive their medications, equipment, supplies, and services accurately and on time. 

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Hours: Various shifts - Must be flexible

What You'll Do: 

• Order Management: Receive, process, bill, and manage customer orders or service requests across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

• Accuracy & Data Review: Verify order details, product codes, shipping, and billing information to prevent errors and ensure smooth processing.

• Customer Support: Handle inquiries related to orders, services, and billing while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Problem Solving: Resolve order, service, and billing issues quickly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Adaptability: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

• Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy, finance, customer service, and warehouse teams to support seamless operations. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must possess strong PC and data entry skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in order processing, billing, customer service, or related fields is preferred, but also willing to train for entry level candidate
• Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate in clear and concise terms both verbally and in writing
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
