We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home and community-based infusion therapy in Vancouver, British Columbia.

This permanent part-time position is ideal for RNs with strong IV skills, experience in acute or critical care, and a commitment to patient-centered care. You’ll work independently in a one-on-one setting, delivering high-quality care in alignment with current safety standards and best practices.

Job Type: Part Time, (20 Hours Bi-Weekly)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Pay Rate: $35-$45/Hour

Hours: Day Shift: 8am - 8pm

What You'll Do:

• Administer infusion and injectable medications

• Initiate and manage IV access (Peripheral IV, PICC, IVAD)

• Monitor for patient reactions and report accordingly

• Perform patient assessments and provide medication education

• Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance and reporting standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ontario, in good standing

• BLS and ACLS certification (ACLS required for clinic-based care)

• Proficient IV initiation and central line management skills

• Experience in acute care, critical care, oncology, or home care preferred

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for home/community visits

• N95 Mask Fit Testing Certification

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
