A well-established manufacturing company in Halton Region is hiring a full-time, on-site Accounting Manager to lead financial operations across multiple entities. This permanent role is ideal for a collaborative leader with hands-on experience in manufacturing, ERP systems, and multi-entity accounting. You’ll oversee a team of six and help drive consistency, compliance, and process improvement.

The position offers a competitive salary of $95,000-$100,000/year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location: On-site, Halton Region, ON

Pay Rate: $95,000 - $100,000/year

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the accounting, payroll, and administrative teams (6 direct reports)
• Oversee daily banking, credit card transactions, and reconciliation processes
• Manage the posting of invoices, receipts, and journal entries with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor company and subsidiary cash activity to support cash flow management
• Ensure consistency in financial processes and internal controls across multiple entities
• Promote operational efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and cross-training

• Proven management and team leadership experience
• Strong accounting and finance background in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working across multiple entities
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
