Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Scarborough, ON

Pay: $45,000 to $60,000/year

Hours: Day Shift, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:

• Keep up to date with products and their applications
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Work with a wide range of customers across different industries
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax
• Enter customer orders and quotes, and follow up as needed
• Regularly update information in the CRM system

• A background in technical education is a bonus
• Hands-on experience using adhesives, tapes, and chemicals
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a related industry is a plus
• Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM software
• Good at analyzing information, thinking critically, and paying attention to details
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
