We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join a growing logistics organization. Job Type: Permanent

Location: North York, ON (hybrid for training - remote once training is complete)

Pay Rate: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum 

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (flexible), Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within logistics and carrier services
• Leverage existing network and book of business to generate revenue growth
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and provide tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience in logistics, carrier services, or related sectors
• Established network and book of business within the industry
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Reliable, committed, and results-oriented with a track record of follow-through
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
