Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Halton Region, ON

Pay Rate: $75,000/year

Hours: Days, Monday - Friday

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Develop and maintain responsive, cloud-based web and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions.

  • Design, test, and maintain scalable cloud applications and supporting workflows.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud infrastructure and services to ensure reliability and uptime.

  • Ensure cross-platform optimization, mobile responsiveness, and secure performance.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control processes.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Contribute in an Agile development environment with regular sprint cycles.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in app (iOS & Android) and cloud-connected application development.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or similar.

  • Experience in Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).

  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or similar).

  • Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js or similar).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of relational/non-relational databases (MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB).

  • Understanding of Bluetooth and USB communication protocols (asset).

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, or IoT systems preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
