Job Summary

Staff Plus is seeking a skilled and dynamic Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, and material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, and store products within the warehouse.

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm OR 4:00pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday

Duties

• Operate Order Picker forklift
• Loading and unloading skids and products
• Pick orders from aisles in a safe and secure manner
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate clearly with both incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure smooth handovers
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Order Picker forklift license
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts
• 2+ years of experience operating an Order Picker truck
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and work full time hours as required by this position
