Staff Plus is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility. This position requires hands-on experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, along with RF scanning and general warehouse experience.
Candidates must have a valid forklift certification for both equipment types and be comfortable working in a freezer environment.

Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
- Weekend availability is required based on operational needs.
What You'll Do:
- Operate counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials, finished products, packaging, and other inventory.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely and accurately.
- Transport and stage materials throughout the production, warehouse, freezer, and shipping areas.
- Pick and replenish inventory according to production and shipping requirements.
- Store products and materials in designated locations while maintaining proper inventory organization.
- Work safely in freezer and temperature-controlled environments while following all required PPE and safety procedures.
- Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any mechanical or safety concerns immediately.
- Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and other information to ensure accuracy.
- Complete required paperwork, inventory records, shipping/receiving documentation, and forklift inspection forms.
- Identify and report damaged products, packaging issues, or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure materials are stored safely.
- Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, shipping, and management teams to coordinate material movement.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Support production and warehouse operations as required, including working days, afternoons, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
