Staff Plus is currently hiring General Labourers for a manufacturing project. This role involves outdoor work and requires candidates who are comfortable working outside, including in warm weather and direct sun.

The successful candidate will assist with re-stacking, inspecting, labelling, organizing, and handling products in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Type: Full-time - Contract until project completion

Location: Ingersoll, ON

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)

What You'll Do:

• Re-stack products as directed by the supervisor
• Inspect parts and packaging for damage or defects before re-stacking
• Label boxes and products according to company standards
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures at all times
• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as required, including sanitation, moving and organizing materials, stacking products, and loading/offloading materials
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of previous manufacturing experience required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and under the sun
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs independently
• Must be comfortable completing various manufacturing and general labour tasks as assigned
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full-time hours as required by the position
