Job Description

Are you a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in B2B sales and a passion for building strong client relationships? Our client, a well-established manufacturer of technical instrumentation, is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth across global markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in inside sales, technical sales, and account management, and enjoys working with industrial products in a manufacturing environment. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, while collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers and distributors worldwide.

 

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Halton Region, Ontario

Pay Rate: Starts at $75,000/year

Hours: Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Qualify opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle
  • Prepare quotations and support order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions and opportunities
  • Conduct sales presentations and webinars in coordination with technical staff
  • Support trade shows, sales events, and customer visits
  • Collaborate closely with technical sales and production teams

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inside or technical B2B sales, preferably with industrial products
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex products
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and work full-time hours, as required by this position
