Pay Rate: $30.00 - $38.00/Hour
Hours: Must be flexible to work various shifts. Days/Afternoons/Weekends, and occasional night shift
What You'll Do:
Maintain, install, and repair machinery and production equipment.
Assemble, adjust, and test machinery prior to installation.
Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance operations.
Utilize hoists, grinders, welding tools, robotics systems, and electronic controls.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical irregularities and malfunctions.
Fabricate and replace machine parts as needed.
Work with conveyors, compressors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial systems.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Detect and resolve issues before they lead to downtime.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Support a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance and production.
Contribute to manufacturing, fabrication, and automotive assembly processes.
Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification (Ontario).
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance/repair.
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
Physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
Valid Ontario driver’s license.
Asset: ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
