Staff Plus is currently hiring a Machine Operator - Deliner for a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating a deliner machine, loading cores, removing rivets and shoes, organizing products, and packaging finished goods.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a dirty and dusty environment and standing for the full shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Ingersoll, ON

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Hours: 4:30pm to 3am (Monday to Thursday)

What You'll Do:

• Operate a deliner machine safely and efficiently
• Load cores onto the machine
• Remove rivets and shoes and cycle the machine
• Organize products according to company standards
• Package finished products
• Lift up to 30 lbs from the floor as required
• Stand and turn at the waist for most of the shift
• Use hand tools as required
• Stand for the full 10-hour shift
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of previous manufacturing experience required
• Must be comfortable working in a dirty and dusty environment
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs independently
• Previous experience with mechanical press, welding, rivet machines, and/or transit equipment operation is preferred
• Must be comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full-time hours as required by the position
