Staff Plus is currently seeking a Printing Press Operator to join our client’s growing custom printing and production team in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will play a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring that all printed materials are produced accurately and meet the highest quality standards.

Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a Heidelberg 4 Colour Press with precision and consistency.
• Make plates using Heidelberg plate equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance after each production run.
• Manage customer orders from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely production.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities.
• Handle inventory purchasing for production materials.
• Support general production and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Proven experience operating a Heidelberg 4 Colour Press.
• Strong understanding of paper types, including grain direction and GSM.
• Experience with prepress and plate making.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
