Staff Plus is hiring a Production Assembler for our client’s automotive manufacturing facility in Oakville.

This is a hands-on production role involving vehicle preparation, automotive assembly, accessory installation, and the use of hand and power tools. It is a good opportunity for someone with previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical experience who enjoys detailed, practical work.

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Pay Rate: $21.35/hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Prepare vehicles for production by washing, cleaning, masking, inspecting, and staging them.
• Install automotive accessories, decals, trim, and other vehicle components using hand and power tools.
• Assist with bedliner production and other vehicle production processes as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects, damaged materials, or workmanship concerns.
• Move vehicles and materials throughout the production facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with other production and assembly tasks as required.

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence is required.
• 2 years of previous assembly experience is preferred.
• Previous automotive, manufacturing, mechanical production, or related hands-on experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely wear required respiratory protection and meet applicable fit-testing requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and work full time hours as required by this position.
