Our client is growing and looking for a skilled and motivated 313D Licensed HVAC Mechanic to join our team. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining in-suite HVAC systems in condominium and multi-residential buildings.

Job Type: Temporary, day to day as directed by Staff Plus

Location: North York, ON

Pay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Service, maintain, and repair:
• Fan coil units
• Heat pumps
• PTAC units
• Magic Pak systems
• Ventilation systems
• Diagnose issues related to airflow, indoor air quality, drainage, and overall system performance
• Perform preventative maintenance in condominium and residential suites
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components
• Identify concerns related to water damage, condensation, mold risk, and drainage systems
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, condo managers, and property staff
• Complete work safely and in compliance with Ontario codes and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience in condominiums or multi-residential buildings is considered an asset
• Knowledge of fan coils, heat pumps, PTACs, and ventilation systems
• Valid G Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
