Staff Plus is seeking a Medical Devices Reprocessing Technician to join a large healthcare facility in Markham, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reprocessing of client-used infusion pumps and accessories while ensuring compliance with industry standards .

Job Type: Temporary - Permanent

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Rate: $17.60/hour

Hours: 12:30pm to 9:00pm (Total 40 hours/week, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, disinfect and reassemble infusion pumps and accessories.
• Handle and dispose of medical waste according to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and functional testing of reprocessed devices.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Operate and maintain reprocessing equipment in accordance with facility procedures.

2 years of data entry is required

• 2 years of working in medical or healthcare sectors
• 2 years of working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience in a medical device reprocessing or sterile processing environment is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines.
• Ability to lift and move medical equipment as required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position.
